Record buffer full error

Hello,
I have a problem with VDR: 
1-2 minutes after the recording starts I get a lot of  "record buffer full"
errors and then
 when I do the video playback I have video errors  (blocks and missing
frames).
Can you tell me how to solve this problem?

Also how do I record the 2nd language track from a tv program?
If I insert the 2nd language audio pid in the channel settings it still
uses the first and when
I record I only get a silent audio track.
