[linux-dvb] Missing Field?

Where can I find these patches?

Is this flickering on TV out or on the PC monitor?

There was a problem with flickering and NTSC if the Teletext PID and 
Teletext re-insertion is enabled. This is not supported with NTSC and
causes flickering. Teletext filters should not be enabled by the 
application when showing an NTSC channel.
I guess I better inforce this inside the firmware ...
