[linux-dvb] kdvb-fe Thread

When the driver is loaded and the application opens the frontend,
a kdvb-fe thread is started and it immediately consumes all the CPU power
it can get, since it tries to retune to the current channel - which,
of course, isn't there yet because the driver doesn't automatically
tune any more and the application may not have tuned yet (and may
decide not to do so for a while, for whatever reasons...).

Suggestion: would it be possible to have the kdvb-fe thread start
it's retuning only after the first time any channel has been set by
the application?
