[linux-dvb] Re: DVB-RCS System

I'm now the proud owner of a DVB-RCS (bi-directional) satellite system..
is there any equipment (PCI cards for example) that I can use to operate
this equipment?

I have bi-directional sat system also. This includes :

- 1 super antenna (with 200kg of blocks to hold it down)
- 1 super LNB (for sending)
- 1 normal LNB (for receive)
- 1 linkstar box (with : LNB in / LNB out / Ethernet)

So the 2 LNBs are connected to cables (of course), and goes into my linkstar. Then my linkstar is connected to the network switch. And I setup my computers on the network with the linkstar's IP address as the gateway.

That's it. No need to have any DVB card. That's just like standard xDSL.
