[linux-dvb] vdr 1.1.20



Hi MALCOLM,

Can you send me the url for downloading the vdr1.1.20 tar ball.I tried
downloading from http://linvdr.org/download/vdr/Developer/ but it gives
error in opening the tar file.I mean that it doesnot get downloaded
properly.

For remote do I have to download the LIRC package also.

You should not have to edit vdr.c.

Just compile with make REMOTE=RCU or REMOTE=LIRC

I am not sure what your problem is.

What type of card are you using?  Mine is a budget card, for ir I have a
irman so I use lirc.  I compile with
make REMOTE=LIRC
