Card 1 can be on frequency X
Card 2 is on frequency Y
Card 2 switches from Y to Z
Card 1 sees brief glitch while card 2 switches

yet X = 162, Y = 283, Z = 290

Frequency bending does not apply? Will check out the power supply option also.
