[linux-dvb] sync problem with czap

Hello,
I had problems with czap and the  Siemens pci dvb-c board.
(SuSE Linux 8.0. Kernel 2.4.18, DVB driver version 1.1.6b)
after installing the dvb modules czap mostly works only the first time
or after removing and reloading the modules.
I added the call 
ioctl(frontend_fd,FE_INIT, NULL); ...
to czap.c which helped. Is there an other solution for this problem?
If not perhaps a corresponding option should be added to czap ?
