[linux-dvb] Siemens DVB Board D1121 won't tune

Hello I have a Siemens DVB Board D1121 ( dvb-c ) with the following silicon onboard:

chips: saa7146ah, TMX320av7111gfn, cy7c024av, ves1820, tda9819
tuner: CD1516/IH 

The saa7146ah works fine, decoding ( thru mplayer -vo mpegpes ) only the tuner function will not work. the tuner section contains a Philips CD1516/IH, a VES1820- ( from VLSI acquiered bij philips ) and a TDA9819T ( this is a PLL from Philips )

Does anybody have a patch/driver to make this board with the ves1820-tda8919t combination work ?
