[linux-dvb] Seeding 'scan'

Trying to 'scan' Hotbird I just found out that the footprint of
the Big Warm Bird in the Sky, does not reach the the frozen
shores of north :(
There are some tranponders which are visible up here,
but they apparently dont carry all network information.
Couple of questions:
Shoudnt _all_ transponder carry all networkinfo ?
What kind of dish would be required to see HotBird 6
at 46dBW line on Lyngsat chart ?
