Of course. (For troubleshooting a single-card setup might be better...)

IIRC, your problem is the Siemens DVB-C (110a:0000). Correct?
This card should be supported already, as the 0x110a id is included in 
that statement. Do you have an analog module?

Maybe there is a switch or jumper which has to be set if you don't have 
an analog module. (Sorry I don't have a DVB-C.)
