The card's manuals should have some info on power consumption.
Unfortunately I don't have any here, maybe there are pdfs on the
manufacterers web pages.

Generally, the frontend will partially power down if the frontend device is
closed (I don't think VDR ever does this). The frontend + LNB power
supply + frontend power supply IMHO use most of the power, the
PCI bridge and the AV7110 also use a few watts. But caution: I
am just guessing, I didn't do any measurements, not did I check
the data sheets.
