Do you mean for dvbtune -i output? I did not find one when I looked. I 
wanted to do one for a long time so here it is:

(It may not validate raw output from dvbtune -i because it may include 
non XML chars from unescaped control chars in names, and some buggy half 
tags, all of this can be easily filtered out with tr --delete and sed.)
