AFAIK, this is a UHF-only frontend, designed to receive only 8MHz bandwidth
channels at carrier frequencies >300MHz. Since Australia uses both VHF and
UHF channels, and only 7MHz channels, this card is generally considered not
suitable for use in Australia.

I think you want the newer version of this card, which has a TDM1316L +
TDA10045H frontend on it. The newer version can receive both VHF and 7MHz
bandwidth channels.
