If you used the driber from
http://www.linuxtv.org/download/dvb/linuxtv-dvb-1.0.1.tar.gz, try the script
makedev.napi in the directory driver. It seem that the devices not exists.
The script should create the missing devices... After that you should run
make insmod in the driver-directory. Then try szap.
