That's what I wanted to hear! ;o)

But three questions:

1.) Will that way be capable to learn unknown remotes (like ALDI/MEDION
MD4689)?

2.) Will you improve the LIRC-interface to the current Version?

The two mentioned topics would be helpful for distros. VDR could be compiled
with
"NO_KBD=1" and no "REMOTE"-option. And for the Remote/keyboard your plugin
could be used.

3.) Can you give a appoximate schedule for your development?
