[linux-dvb] acpi sleep mode

I tried to sleep my system (2.6.0-test9) with

echo '3' > /proc/acpi/sleep

it works and everything is working after restart.
The only exception I found is the dvb driver. 
I'm using a TT 1.3 dvb-s and vdr.
Has anyone succeeded in acpi sleep with dvb-s?
