     Dear all,

     You are cordially invited to attend a presentation that will take place
     in ESTEC (European Space and Technology Centre) in Noordwijk, the
     Netherlands, on Friday 5 March 2004, in room Da 026 on the subject of
     ip-over-dvb.

     This a final presentation of one of two parallel studies initiated and
     funded by the European Space Agency (ESA) to support ongoing work
     within the ip-over-dvb community. The presentation will be made by
     Joanneum Research (A), in partnership with University of Salzburg (A),
     GCS (A), EMS (C) and the University of Aberdeen (UK).

     Information on these studies as been announced previously on the
