I do have 3.5" CI module working perfectly with alternative driver &
firmware and
with both (Canal Digital Nordic and Viasat) providers and their encryptions.

Did not succeed with any other driver & firmware combination. The only
problem with
alternative driver is that with it OSD does not really work.
