I'm confused, i want to connect my SB Live! SPDIF conector output
to a/v receiver mini din coax SPDIF input, but what is the name of the 
SB Live conector, and where to buy this adapter?

My components:
Haupauge DVB-S Rev 2.1
Soundblaster Live! Value
Sony STR-DE445 5.1 DD und DTS System

I hope someone can name the adapter and/or a shop.
