[linux-dvb] ts2p[e]s can't find pids for ITV-1

Hi,

ts2ps etc have a feature in recent versions where you can put "0 0" on the
command line and ts2ps spots the first video and audio pid automatically.

This works for me with UK DVB-T, except that ITV-1 seems to foil the
detection.

I haven't looked into why - but, you never know, perhaps someone else
knows a fix already?
