Me too, but i am not really convinced that this MPEG1/error
is not caused by some problems in the multitasking.
But the slowest CPU i maz behave that would fit
is a Celeron 700. That maybe still not slow enough.

No. I know this trick meanwhile :-)
This was a new one:
Compiling for REMOTE=Keyboard and detaching VDR using ampersand
resp. runvdr
Because something (vdr?) did a clear screen, it took a little
time to see what is going on.
Initially i just want to add the volume patch to vdr.c
and thought of a sideeffect in this patch because i
only changed there.
