[vdr] [ANNOUNCE] prefermenu plugin 0.5.1

Hello all,

thanks to DOm, a new major version of the prefermenu plugin is out.
It is now fully compatible with VDR 1.1.2x without any patch needed.

!!!NOTE: Because of the unique channel ID usage, your existing preferred
channels are not restored.
         You need to create a new prefermenu.conf configuration file and
start from scratch.

@Klaus: can you update the VDR homepage so that "Maxime Guilbot" name,
the original author of the plugin appears also?
