[vdr] lipsynchonisation, Skew between image and audio

There seem to be (sometimes?) a small skew (time offset) between
image and audio:

The word is already spoken while the lips are still
on the way to close.

Pause, rewind and restart does not help
It seems to be in the recording.

The skew is very small and is only realizable in
live talks. But it gives the irretating impression that
the person shown is not actually the one which talks...

Don't know if that matters:
The recoroding was started at 20:14 (N3) while an other
(on the same transponder) recording stops at 20.15(MDR)

N3: 12110:h:S19.2E:27500:2401:2402:2404:0:28224:0:0:0
MDR Fernsehen:12110:h:S19.2E:27500: 401: 402: 404:0:28204:0:0:0

vdr 1.2.2 (only single-LNB patch).

BTW:
Is there a way to re-adjust lip synchronity?
