Aren't there channels with subtitles in more than two languages?

I just want to switch on/off the subtitles when watching a recording (and
possibly selecting the language if there are several).

Yeah, well... haben't been following this list so long (and reading all the
old stuff takes forever). I did search for discussions on subtitles
though...
