Yes, that's where the channel definitions are stored.

Apparently the current settings for this channel are

AB MOTEURS:12285:vC34:S19.2E:27500:160:80:41:500,100:17020:1:1094:0

VDR 1.3.6 detects these automatically and updates them.
Note the CA values "500,100", which are different from what you would
need in VDR 1.2.x. Maybe you should give VDR 1.3.6 a try...
