No they should work fine together.
If you switch to a channel on a different transponder/band, the LNB-
sharing patch has to wait to switch the primary card untill all other 
cards have successfully switched. If only one of them has problems doing 
so, this will cause a slowdown.
There are a few driver snapshots which seemed to cause your problem.
