[vdr] Re: VDR and 4:2:2

FYI:
The CVS version of ffmpeg and the latest libmpeg support both 4:2:2.
But it was also neccessary to add some lines of code to mplayer itself to
be able to view it with mplayer.

I don't know xine, but maybe it is the same here.
