[linux-dvb] DVB-C and UPC Telekabel digital

Hello,
according to the latest news from UPC technicans it is
possible to record programs with the Siemens DVB-C card.
Unfortunately they do not support CI and CAM for coded
programs.
They will use an Out-of-Band channel to transport decoding
information. This system is only used by Motorola and UPC
will use Motorola set-top-computers.

Is there any possibillity to get the coded channels?
Does anyone know something about Motorolas Out-of-band
system and how to use it with the Siemens DVB-C card?
