Tomi's instructions to get CVS version were sufficient to get dvitune
working (the 0.3 version timeouts at poll()).  It is not sufficient to
RTFM, one must RTRFM :-).

The next step is to start multicast distribution of stream(s).  It
looks like there are many alternatives for that.  Which one works best
with current DVB drivers?
