ECD is European Common Decrypter, a CSA hardware descrambler, it is
available in AV7111.

One thing.. Does it support both QAM-64 and QAM-128 modulation? I think
they use them both here in Finland.

Yep, but it is hard and CPU consuming to get a picture to TV without it.

That's not a problem, I'm not using VDR. Maybe I should buy a DVB-C budget
and use Nexus DVB-S for MPEG-2 decoding? Maybe that would consume some CPU
power too and increase instability too much. :(
