Yes, these cards have been in the retail channel both in Germany and the UK
for a few months now. They are sold as "Lorenzen SL DVB-T PCI" here in
Germany and as "Hauppauge NOVA-T" in the UK (but watch out! Hauppauge
previously sold a UHF-only card under the same name!
I've got one of the early UK DVB-T Novas rev 1.2 with a Grundig 29504-401 frontend

Strange thing is: On testing I got an EPG reading from SWR on VHF III 177.50 MHz this morning.

dvbtune returns
FE_STATUS: FE_HAS_SIGNAL FE_TIMEDOUT
Not able to lock to the signal on the given frequency:
and -m reports: Signal=8995, Verror=65535, SNR=0dB, BlockErrors=0, (S|)

So it can tune to VHF but either the signal I have is too weak (I need a better aerial) or more likely there really is no support for VHF on those early Grundig frontends. Not sure how the EPG reading came in though...
