[linux-dvb] Twinhan DST VP-1020

I've managed to get basic communication going on my DST card.

Code and details on http://members.optushome.com.au/jhonan/dst/

Can query the ASIC and get a response (in my case "DST-020").
Can turn LNB power on, and verified by actually seeing power come
on!

Can send instructions to do tuning.
There should be info available to indicate tuning success, but
this remains elusive.

There are a number of bugs in the code given by twinhan, which
caused me no end of problems. Specifically the I2C read could
never have worked.

There are probably a lot more bugs.
