That unfortunately exceeds my competence. I am thus using Windows
application and never digged into the Windows SDK for the Budget card. 

I hope somebody could check this? From my observation of performance
in Windows I conclude that Budget DVB-S cards are very good from the
bitrate standpoint. They possibly could be refined in Linux too.
