don't confuse, please.

How exactly do you generate the OC? How do broadcast it via DVB?

For DSMCC-OC it doesn't matter whether the files are compressed or not. 
The DSMCC-OC receiver has to wait until all sections arrived errorfree 
(or exit unfinished).
