Theoretically, what happens is the entire TS stream for the transponder you're 
tuned to is fed through the CAM, which then decrypts the bits of it for the 
program you want to watch. It replaces the appropriate encrypted TS packets 
with decrypted ones. This is then sent to the SAA7146 chip, and from there is 
processed like any other transport stream.

So yeah, you should get a decrypted TS stream out, and it should be streamable 
like any other. In fact, you can at the moment get an encrypted stream out 
and stream it... its just not much use.

Now, as for how MANY channels you can decrypt at once from the same TS using a 
single CAM, I have no idea... yet. I assume it depends on the CAM hardware 
you're using/ the subscription card etc...
