vdr-xine pvrinput audio stuttering ??

Hello. I've just managed to get my vdr-1.4.0, pvrinput (PVR-150), ivtv 0.6.3 and entirely NTSC system working here in the US, after weeks of diagnosis, hardware replacement, home-grown patches and help from multiple lists <cheers from crowds> :) I have another problem. VDR recordings are fine, but playing live TV through vdr-xine I get an audio stutter every 2 seconds or so. There are no errors on std-out or in the logs. Any ideas?

Which HDTV channels available ?

Hello, regarding http://de.kingofsat.net/hdtv.php there are some "free" hdtv channels in DVB-S MPEG-2 and also in DVB-S MPEG-4. I am specially interested in : Hotbird 6 (13.0E) - 10834.00 V - DVB-S - 27500 3/4 - NID: 176 - TID: 11600 - Txp: 116 - Beam / Ausleuchtzone: Europe - TPS Arte (France) MPEG-4 Is there any way to reccord/watch it from VDR (I use xine) ? Hi, After 2 years playing with VDR in home environtment I have a curiosity. Anyone knows some kind of vdr implementation in bussiness environments? Like an hotel or similar? Is viable in that case? I'm thinking in possible commercial applications of VDR out the home user but I have no ideas. Thanks, Leo

Hi. I can't get the pvrinput plugin to work with NTSC. even though my channels.conf has 4 KOMO;KOMO:67250:I0C0:C:0:301:300:305:A1:996:0:0:0 the 'I0' does not seem to select NTSC. I think the picture is being recorded is at 720x576, 25fps if I do a 'vdrsync.pl -i 001.vdr' the video file created reports: 'CCIR/ITU PAL 625, 4:3, 25 fps' if I get mplayer to play the file directly 'mplayer 001.vdr' it reports: Playing 001.vdr.
