History entry nitpick: as someone else pointed out, this warning probably has nothing to do with g++ 4.1.1, but rather post-2.4 glibc since a couple of months ago (such as the one in Fedora Core 5), see revision 1.41 at http://sources.redhat.com/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/libc/nptl/sysdeps/pthread/pthre...
