Just took a look, and they are perfectly in sync.
Strange, I see them a little bit early right now (not much) but it's worse with recordings. Maybe it's just Poirot, but I swear I have to use teletext subtitles with those recordings.
Definitely it's Poirot: today recording has no dvb subtitles at all (though they're advertised), but the teletext subtitles are there. Guess I'll have to look Sherlock Holmes instead ;-)
