Sorry for hijacking the thread, but you forgot to rename the old #define. Check the attached patch.
Sorry about that. Originally I had totally deleted that, but then decided to leave it in for convenience - and just copied the original back without changing it.
I guess I'll totally delete it, since this is now in the driver, anyway.
