In some cases you are right. The left on is longer, but exists for displaying. Because it is readable. i.O. DaLiMan (Sorry for my bad english. I´m only a german)

"If a short name is available for this channel, it follows the full name and is delimited by a comma, as in
RTL Television,RTL:... "
so left is the long name, right is short name.
