My guess is that the frequency of the main channel is taken, but I haven't dug into this. I haven't found any useful debug info in libsi.
Additionally I have the problem that for all link channels I have to add my parental control pin and I am rather sure that e.g. football is not rated as XXX.
I think this is a direct consequence from the strange values in the channels.conf
