it is quite clear, that playing a recording has to be slower or faster then live tv. i would even expect to see some difference between broadcasters. when watching live tv you have no influence about the frames per second you get from the "air", so the dvb card takes the frames as they come in. but watching a recording the dvb card requests the frames on its own with its internal clock, which of course is not synced to the broadcasting anymore.
