right here there should be lines "loading plugin: xxxx". Are you sure you actually load these plugins on command line?

VDR could not find any full-featured card for output, and since no output plugins were loaded, VDR has nothing to display on.
Check your /var/log/messages around boot time, there should be messages related to DVB card detection.
