maybe this way we could fix current issues with S100. Picture quality dramaticly improves if deinterlacer is switched off.

I don't think we get upstream support in the near future. Since TV applications are the only ones that need to synchronize VGA timing to an external signal.
Ok.. the other day you sent a mail saying you had reworked the patches, so that made me wonder if it would be possible to make these patches friendly enough to get them accepted upstream :)
