[vdr] load i18n versions of commands/reccmds.conf

Hi,

For a few time Lucean has annonced this patch http://linvdr.org/mailinglists/vdr/2005/11/msg00348.html I'm seeking a newer version. Old version doesn't working with new gettext system in vdr >= 1.5.7
