I stopped working on that plugin once the pseudo transparency code was added to the osd output code for softdevice. You might want to try using that?

Yes, I am using xine plugin instead of softdevice and I'd like to try skinnotrans plugin together with xine in order to add transparency to the X11 overlay OSD option.

Do you have any suggestion?
