since you are using Bahn TV, i believe you are german. i added a couple of lines to the vdr-wiki entry of the iptv plugin, maybe it is worth checking: http://vdr-wiki.de/wiki/index.php/Iptv-plugin
for the audio: you have installed w32codecs?
