On my dxr3 based system the bottom 3/8 or so of the screen flickers. It seems like it only updates every other frame. The top of the frame appears normal.

Yep, I've also got this problem. The ABC2 stream seems to be broken in some way.
If I make a recording of ABC2 and then attempt to demux it using ProjectX I get lots of PTS errors. If I select "ignore errors after 1st PTS/GOP" it demuxes cleanly.
