Same here :-( All recordings I did yesterday were okay, even recordings on both devices at the same time. Need to test some more to get it reproduceable.

Yes, because it was said to be fixed beginning of this year, and read the positive feedback at vdrportal. Additionally, I did not have any video data stream error as long I was using VDR 1.3.19 - but I used this only for a few weeks.
