Do you have to count cut marks or actual cuts(blocks), I mean if we make cut in the middle of recording, it takes two cut marks and one cut mark will split the video, etc.
You are right, its more about counting the blocks than the actual cut marks. The final cut would not make any difference on the video file. Also, I think its more like 200ms per block of audio loss (not 100ms).
